          The DeKalb County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) has four Regular Meetings per year on the 3rd  Monday of January, April, July and October starting at 6:30pm.  The location is at the DeKalb County Highway Department, 1826 Barber Greene Road, DeKalb, Illinois unless specified elsewhere.  Special and Ad Hoc meetings are scheduled as needed.
