TO APPLY FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT

If you wish to vote absentee for the November 2, 2010 General Election you will need to:

(a) complete all the information on the following form that applies

(b) make sure you sign and return the form to the County Clerk’s office on or before October 28, 2010.

When your application is received you will be sent a ballot to the mailing address you specify on your application.

In order for the ballot to be counted on Election Day, the ballot must be returned to the County Clerk’s office by Tuesday, November 2, 2010. If returning by mail it must be postmarked by midnight the DAY BEFORE the election.
